potential new associates:
Unlike many firms, we generally only hire for associate
positions those we hope someday will be a shareholder. We are
particularly looking for dynamic individuals who are not
afraid to drive right in and begin building a practice from
day one. This approach necessitates giving our associates a
great deal of responsibility early in their career. For
those who are highly self-motivated, this allows for a much
faster learning curve, as well as the ability to form
relationships with clients and begin to generate business.
Of course, we will be there to guide you, but not so much
that we impair your ability to truly become an attorney,
understanding both the practice and the business of law.
