Anthony N. Perrotta founded
our Insurance Law practice in 1984. Currently,
several Perrotta, Cahn & Prieto, P.C. attorneys
focus in the area of insurance law, representing
insurance companies, individuals and companies in
matters such as automobile accidents, trucking
accidents, property damage claims, products
liability, and workers compensation claims. We
handle any insurance related matter from simple
automobile accident cases to complex litigation. We
are sensitive to our clients' interests in
concluding lawsuits at the least possible cost
through negotiation, arbitration or mediation.
Our expertise in both plaintiff and defense work, as
well as our developed business, real estate, and
bankruptcy practices, allows us to handle a variety
of situations, particularly as many different areas
of law can come into play in even the simplest of
