Mrs. Kelly represents large and small businesses in
a variety of litigation situations. Mrs. Kelly also

Law Regulatory Compliance. Mrs. Kelly is heavily
involved in Real Property litigation and Landlord
Tenant issues. Also, as a former staff attorney for
the Standing Chapter 13 Trustee in Atlanta, Mrs.
Kelly has extensive experience in both corporate and
individual bankruptcy issues from both the creditor
and debtor perspective.
