and issuance of title insurance policies incident to
real estate purchases and refinancing. He handles
matters for individuals, corporations, partnerships
and limited liability companies. He conducts several

Cash, Assumption, Equity Line, and Construction.
Biography
Matt Purcell is a graduate of the University of the
South (B.A. English, B.A. Spanish)(with honors) and
Mercer University (J.D.) After working for a real
estate firm in Atlanta, Matt joined Perrotta, Cahn,
and Prieto in 2006. Matt speaks Spanish fluently and
has conducted several hundred closings in Spanish. |
