Wendy has litigated in the real estate arena by
representing many builders and homeowners in the
Northwest Georgia area. She has litigated multiple
cases involving negligent construction, boundary
disputes, breach of contract, and collections. She
has also represented several title companies by
assisting them in resolving disputed claims.
Biography
Originally from Michigan City, IN Wendy is a member
of the Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina Bar
Associations. She is an adjunct professor at
Kennesaw State University where she periodically
instructs in the paralegal and political science
divisions. She has been married to her husband Gregg
for 13 years and she has three children. She is an
avid runner and she enjoys theatre and the arts.
